Our offices are open from 9am to 12pm and from 1pm to 5pm. Important: no one will be available to help you during the lunch hour! Some activities that do not require official documents or payment can be done by phone at 514-272-3274 or at 514-276-3274. If it is impossible for you to come by during our opening hours, please call us and arrange an alternative.

French Classes

For a citizen or permanent resident:

1. Piece of identification

2. Social insurance number (SIN)

3. A void cheque

For an internation student:

1. Work permit or study permit

2. Social insurance number (SIN)

3. A void cheque

For a refugee:

 1. Brown paper ID

Food Bank

For a first-time registration or renewal of your card:

2. Proof of residence (phone bill, hydro bill or lease)

3. Proof of revenue

4. 3$ fee

We can deliver to seniors, mobility reduced, sick or pregnant persons for an additional fee of 2$.  

Income Tax Clinic

The price of our income tax clinic is determined by the annual income of the person wishing to use the service: 

 – Social assistance: $10

– $25,000 and less: $20

– $25,000 to $50,000: $30

– $50,000 and more: $50

The price is determined by individual rather than by household.
